• Personal items left in the vehicle are your responsibility

We stand behind our work and offer satisfaction guarantees on our services:

• If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours
• We will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate concerns
• Guarantees do not cover damage caused by environmental factors after service completion

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition
• Remove all personal and valuable items from the vehicle
• Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
• Provide safe and adequate parking or working space if mobile service is requested

8. Limitation of Liability

Nawfside VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nawfside VIP and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Photography and Marketing

By using our services, you grant Nawfside VIP permission to photograph your vehicle before, during, and after service for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please inform us prior to service.
